Trans.eu is an innovative and expanding technology group in the transport and logistics industry with its headquarters in Wroclaw, Poland. Our mission is to make European road transport SMART & FAIR. As a cloud-based platform provider, we support our customers in effectively managing their value-added chain through sustainable transport solutions.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a solid pipeline of companies and execute sales plans of our newest product
  • Identify the business needs and sales opportunities of your customers and follow up to always “stay on the ball”
  • Develop strong data insights to understand and steer account performance
  • Generate unique value for our customers by developing the right solutions together with them
  • Prospecting and lead generation
  • Analyze the market trends and new technologies to identify important impulses for the development of our platform
  • Representing the company and building professional relationships based on substantive knowledge
  • Building an expert position based on knowledge of the product and the industry
  • CRM Management
  • Closing transactions and generating ARR

Qualifications:

You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in a similar role in logistics/transportation or software/IT solutions

Required Skills:

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills (communication, establishing and building relationships)
  • Analytical thinking skills and drawing conclusions, learning from experiences
  • Advanced negotiation and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of the CCS 24 Sales Methodology (Customer Centric Selling 24) and its effective application in the sales process
  • Proficiency in using digital tools such as Sales CRM, Qlik (Consultant Dashboard in ESSA), Project Management (Asana)
  • You are willing to travel across your assigned area of sales
  • You speak fluent or native Slovak
  • Driving license

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level
