Job Overview

We are looking for an innovative, tech-savvy People Potential Team Leader with a focus on AI-driven projects and performance review processes. This role is key in creating global training programs that enhance management skills and foster a feedback-rich environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training, knowledge-sharing platforms, and performance reviews, with a passion for continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Review Process Management

  • Manage and enhance the organization’s performance review process.
  • Implement systems aligned with organizational goals.
  • Train managers and employees on performance management tools.
  • Provide data and analytics for workforce planning.

 

Evaluation and Reporting

  • Monitor training effectiveness through metrics.
  • Report on training and review outcomes.
  • Make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

 

Training Program Development

  • Design AI-focused training programs.
  • Collaborate with experts to create relevant content.
  • Develop online and in-person training modules.

 

Training Delivery

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops.
  • Use e-learning, webinars, and hands-on workshops.
  • Assess training effectiveness through feedback and metrics.

 

Needs Assessment

  • Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps.
  • Tailor programs to meet specific departmental needs.
  • Update training materials with external partners.

 

Collaboration and Communication

  • Align training initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning.
  • Communicate training and performance strategies effectively.

 

Requirements

Education

  • Master’s degree in Education, HR, Psychology, Sociology, Management, or related field.

 

Experience

  • 5+ years in training and development, focusing on technology or AI.
  • Experience in project management and performance review processes.
  • Proven instructional design and training program development skills.

 

Skills

  • Deep HR development understanding with a passion for AI.
  • English level B2+.
  • Strong management, instructional design, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in e-learning platforms and training software.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
