We are looking for a proactive specialist who combines a strong analytical mindset with a passion for building production-ready models. You should be an innovative problem-solver who enjoys experimenting with new technologies while maintaining a high level of ownership over the entire model lifecycle.

Our team is responsible for designing, training, and deploying high-impact predictive models such as dynamic pricing and matching systems. We focus on enhancing user experience through advanced recommendation and ranking systems, processing thousands of daily transactions to optimize platform efficiency. Our work is highly collaborative, as we partner closely with MLOps to ensure the stability and scalability of our solutions in both online and offline environments.

  • Design, train, and deploy predictive models for dynamic pricing, recommendations, and matching at a scale of thousands of daily transactions.

  • Develop recommendation and ranking systems using learning-to-rank models, embeddings, and behavioral data to optimize result relevance.

  • Experiment with cutting-edge approaches, including deep learning, time series, GenAI, and LLMs for contextual profiling.

  • Collaborate with the MLOps team to ensure stable and scalable model performance across online and offline environments.

  • Monitor and optimize model quality by identifying drift and implementing continuous improvements to forecasts.

  • Explore large datasets, perform feature engineering, and communicate insights to stakeholders through visualizations and presentations.

  • Experience: minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a related role.

  • Language: Polish (C1) and English (B2).

  • Tool Pro: solid knowledge of ML algorithms, Deep Learning, and Learning-to-Rank; proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost/LightGBM/CatBoost, PyTorch or TensorFlow); SQL; AWS; Snowflake; Plotly; Streamlit; Git; Jupyter Notebooks / JupyterLab.

  • Soft Skills: communicative, analytical thinking, ability to present complex data insights, proactive approach to experimentation.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in building personalization, matching, or recommendation systems.

  • Practical work with LLMs in the context of generating recommendations or user profiling.

  • Knowledge of Snowpark within the Snowflake ecosystem.
