We’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to complex structures and likes finding smart, practical solutions. You’re proactive, detail-oriented, communicative, and naturally build good relationships with others. You care about data quality and understand how important smooth processes are for the whole organization.
This is a fixed-term opportunity for a period of minimum 6 months. Our team takes care of how employment changes are managed and how the organizational structure is built and maintained. We make sure HR data is consistent, reliable, and supports the company’s stability. In this role, you’ll help improve HR administrative processes and take part in projects that have a real impact across the organization.

We’ll meet in person or online for about 1-1,5 h. We’ll tell you about the company and the position. We might ask to complete a task or assess your soft skills using the DISC assessment – to see if we are a match made in heaven.
After interviewing other candidates, we’ll get back to you with an answer – whatever it may be. It usually takes us no longer than 2 weeks.
