We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and responsible individual who feels comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You should be a communicative team player with a strong willingness to learn and an interest in financial-operational processes. Knowledge of Ukrainian, Russian, English, and Polish is required.

This is a fixed-term opportunity for a period of minimum 12 months. The team is responsible for the coordination of costs across international companies and managing communication with external accounting offices. Operating in a multicultural and multilingual environment, the team handles a diverse range of financial documents across countries like Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Turkey. Your main objective will be ensuring smooth financial administration, data flow, and standardization of internal processes.

  • Supervise the flow of financial documents and their posting in the accounting system.
  • Execute and control bank payments while monitoring account balances.
  • Reconcile settlements and process payments.
  • Monitor receivables and liabilities between the group’s companies.
  • Cooperate with foreign accounting offices and share necessary financial documentation.
  • Standardize financial-accounting processes and prepare financial reports, analyses, and business travel settlements.
  • Knowledge of the following languages: Ukrainian;Russian; English; Polish.
  • Basic Excel skills.
  • High communication skills;
  • Excellent organization of your own work;
  • Responsibility and proactivity;
  • Ability to multitask and willingness to learn.
  • Experience in administration or operations is preferred, as this role focuses more on administrative and operational coordination than typical accounting tasks.
