We are looking for an empathetic and resilient individual who naturally builds trust-based relationships, even in challenging situations. The team focuses on professional customer care and debt collection, managing both inbound and outbound communication to support clients in difficult financial situations. Your goal will be to resolve client issues effectively while ensuring a high standard of Customer Success.

  • Handle: Take ownership of client interactions, establishing trust-based relationships to negotiate fair and effective repayment terms.

  • Search: Act as a creative problem-solver to find flexible solutions that balance the company’s needs with the client’s current capabilities.

  • Report: Maintain high standards of data integrity by updating contact databases and participating in performance analysis during team meetings.

  • Strong negotiation skills and effective communication.
  • Knowledge of English (minimum B2 level),
  • High personal culture and the ability to build relationships—even with demanding clients.

  • Excellent diction and the ability to formulate thoughts clearly.

  • Strong organizational skills and independence in action.

  • Openness to professional growth and enhancing competencies.

  • Resilience to stress and the ability to work under time pressure.
  • Creativity in finding solutions and decision-making.
  • Analytical thinking skills and the ability to draw conclusions.
  • Experience in over-the-phone customer service, especially in the debt collection or financial industry.
