Our first call will be short, concise, and to the point. We’ll get to know each other better and plan the next step. Relaxed and stress-free!
We’ll meet in person or online for about 1-1,5 h. We’ll tell you about the company and the position. We might ask to complete a task or assess your soft skills using the DISC assessment – to see if we are a match made in heaven.
After interviewing other candidates, we’ll get back to you with an answer – whatever it may be. It usually takes us no longer than 2 weeks.
