We are looking for a responsible and open-minded individual with a positive attitude and energy who actively seeks unconventional solutions to build and nurture strong, lasting client relationships.

At Pactus.eu, our mission is to ensure security in the TSL industry by helping transport companies recover receivables and resolve disputes. The team is a well-coordinated squad focused on building a close-knit community where support, knowledge sharing, and tackling challenges together are key. We are masters of negotiation, always striving for fair and satisfying solutions for all parties.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Offering solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Identifying additional products and services that clients may benefit from.
  • Assisting clients in using our products on a daily basis.
  • Collaborating with other teams, such as sales, marketing, and debt collection.

Experience:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage client accounts.
  • Fluency in Romanian.
  • Fluency in English (min B2 level).
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Positive attitude, energy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical skills to understand data and make informed decisions.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge of the specifics of the TSL industry or debt collection/financial services.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, international environment.
  • Team budgets for specialized training and courses tailored to your needs.
  • Knowledge exchange within thematic guilds organized by coworkers – to stay ahead in your field or gain new expertise.

Face-to-Face

We’ll meet in person or online for about 1-1,5 h. We’ll tell you about the company and the position. We might ask to complete a task or assess your soft skills using the DISC assessment – to see if we are a match made in heaven.

Moment of Truth

After interviewing other candidates, we’ll get back to you with an answer – whatever it may be. It usually takes us no longer than 2 weeks.
