What does an Inside Sales Representative with English do?

An Inside Sales Representative with English will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales i.

Inside Sales Representative responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails,
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements,
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure,
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas,
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest,
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory,
  • Perform effective online demos to prospects
  • From time to time attending exhibitions and visiting potential customers in person

What we expect from you:

  • Very good knowledge of English,
  • B2B/direct telephone sales experience or experience as a freight forwarder for at least one year, 
  • Perseverance and determination that will enable you to break sales records,
  • Comfortable on the phone,
  • Strong listening and presentation skills,
  • Openness and flexibility in the face of change,
  • Out-of-the-box thinking that you can turn into action, even when something seems repetitive and obvious,
  • A great sense of humor (you can count on this from our side ;))

You will get a plus for:

  • Knowledge of the TSL / freight forwarding industry
  • Sheer experience as a freight forwarder, even if you have not worked in sales before
