We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible. Preferably in partly home office, partly in the office. Very much in full time.

So let’s get down to business, what do we offer?

  • You work full time 40 hours/week, so 8 hours/day which you partly spend in your home office and partly in our office in Barcelona! …Other working time model desired? Let’s talk about it…
  • On top of that, you will receive a performance-related bonus in the form of a gross monthly salary paid out quarterly. We will set your targets at the beginning of the quarter using the OKR method.
  • We provide you with the necessary equipment (laptop, headset, additional monitor and more) so that you can work from home too… although the coffee in our Barcelona office is excellent.

And how does the job look like?

  • You coordinate the onboarding of new customers and ensure that our customers understand the product and are successfully using it.
  • You are the mouthpiece of our customers, accompany them on the entire customer journey and represent their interests within our organisation.
  • You conduct (online) product trainings and inform our customers about – product news, updates, and new functionalities.
  • Through your regular, proactive relationship with the customer, you identify cross- and up-selling potentials and find a solution in case of complaints and claims.
  • You know how to recognise emerging problems in advance and proactively eliminate them. You will be supported by our internal specialist department
  • You support the team in the further development of the process and contribute your own ideas.

… So what do you offer?

  • Ideally, you already have experience in customer service/sales/(key) account management and a logistics background. If not, we will take care of that with our comprehensive training.
  • You enjoy communicating with customers, are articulate and persistent. You have a high degree of empathy and value customer satisfaction.
  • You find it easy to communicate complex content in a structured and comprehensible way and you are not afraid to prove this in customer webinars and online trainings.
  • You have a high willingness to learn, like to work independently and on your own initiative, are self-confident, ambitious and still like teamwork.
  • You have an affinity for IT and software, are proficient in MS Office applications and Google Workspace, and have analytical skills.
  • You have a very good command of English and Spanish and can preferably also provide written and spoken French and/ or Italian?
  • @Homeoffice: You can guarantee a quiet workplace with fast and stable internet.
  • @Homeoffice: Good self-organisation and the ability to motivate yourself are basic requirements for working in a home office.
