Responsibilities:

  • Provide a leadership for the assigned regions, aligning team objectives with the overall organizational strategy;
  • Develop and communicate a clear regional strategy to achieve FX (TFF and TFC) sales targets, market share growth, and customer satisfaction goals;
  • Operate sales initiatives and strategies to achieve targets within the assigned regions;
  • Implement effective sales techiques and promotional activities in a tight cooperation with the marketing department;
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, challenges;
  • Optimise operational processes;
  • Monitor and report performance against targets;
  • Collaborate and ensure that regional sales and operations processes comply with market regulations as well as company policies, and ethical standards;
  • Communicate effectively with headquarters to provide updates and align regional strategies with broader organizational goals;

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the TSL (Transport, Spedition, and Logistics) industry: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in transport, logistics, or spedition services, with a strong understanding of industry dynamics and customer needs
  • Proven track record in B2B sales or e-commerce: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in logistics or related sectors, with a focus on generating new business and building long-term client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills: Ability to engage and influence key decision-makers, manage complex sales cycles, and close deals effectively.

 

Nice to have:

  • Team management skills
  • Fluent in Italian and/or French
