We are part of Trans.eu Group, a freight tech and fintech company founded in 2004 with over 900 employees across Europe, focused on digitalizing road transport.

We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist with international experience to support our growing European team (55+ employees).

The role is based in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Manage job postings, interviews, and candidate onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Performance Management: Implement and monitor performance systems; support evaluations.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate programs.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to Spanish employment laws and maintain HR records.
• Payroll & Benefits: Liaise with payroll and assist with benefits inquiries.
• HR Analytics: Prepare and analyze HR metrics.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR, preferably as an HR Generalist in Spain.
• Skills: Strong HR knowledge, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent Spanish, native level preferred.
• Fluency of English.
